Context
Clinique Sora is a multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, psychology, and general medicine services. With a team of 12 practitioners, phone-based appointment management had become a real bottleneck.
The challenge
The receptionist spent more than 4 hours daily managing appointments by phone. No-shows were costing thousands of dollars per month. And the existing Wix website didn't inspire confidence in new patients.
Our solution
We built a modern Next.js site with an online booking system integration, automatic SMS and email reminders, and detailed profiles for each practitioner. The site is fully bilingual FR/EN.
